The data analytics and consumer intelligence company compiled over 100,000 responses that covered 177 vehicle criteria across 23 segments. This year, Kia had more No. 1 ranked models than any other automaker in the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Initial Quality Study.

Five Kia vehicle took the top honors this year in their segments, including the Telluride (Upper Midsize SUV), Sportage (Compact SUV), Soul (Small SUV), Sedona (Minivan), and Forte (Compact Car).
