U.S. News & World Report recently released a list of the best new and used vehicles for teens in 2019. The 2020 Kia Soul and the 2019 Kia Forte both made that list, showing that the Kia Soul and Forte are reliable and safe vehicles for inexperienced drivers.
The 2020 Kia Soul earned the title of Best New SUV for Teens $25k to $30k. The subcompact SUV has an array of safety features, such as the standard rearview camera, available Blind Spot Collision Warning and Forward Collision Avoidance Assist. The Kia Soul also received a prestigious IIHS Top Safety Pick+ rating.
The 2019 Kia Forte was named the Best New Car for Teens $25k to $30k. The car also earned a Top Safety Pick+ title from the IIHS. It comes standard with Forward Collision Warning, Lane Keep Assist and Lane Departure Warning.
Both vehicles can keep teens entertained. The Soul comes standard with a 7-inch touch screen, while the Forte offers an 8-inch touch screen. Both have Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® compatibility so teens can connect to their smartphones.
