Memphis Summer Festivals
Attending a summer festival is a great way to make some memories and have some fun under the sun. Memphis is home to a number of fantastic festivals, many of which draw in visitors from throughout the state. We here at Gossett Kia South have a few recommended Memphis summer festivals that you won’t want to miss!
Memphis Caribbean Jerk Festival
The Memphis Caribbean Jerk Festival will be held for the second year in a row. The family-friendly festival features a variety of Caribbean foods and jerk. Live entertainment, including local Caribbean musicians, will play throughout the day. The event takes place at Tiger Lane on Saturday, July 15th, beginning at 12pm. The event runs until 10pm, so feel free to attend throughout the day!
Oh, and did we mention there will be a domino tournament and exotic car show?
Memphis Eats Food Festival
The Memphis Eats Food Festival is the official gathering of some of the best chefs in the area. The two-day event takes place on July 15th and 16th in Robert R. Church Park. Family, food and friends will gather for a summer celebration unlike any other!
Mid-South Renaissance Faire
The Mid-South Renaissance Faire takes place on the final two weekends of August. Located at the US Baseball Stadium in Millington, jousters, musicians, and more will be in full costume to celebrate the Renaissance Faire. Pay the festival a visit to see what it’s all about!
